Nolan Homes, LLC. has been building affordable custom homes in South Central Alaska for many years. Cary Vlahovich came to Alaska in the early pipeline years(1970’s), after several years of military service. Cary enjoyed a thriving real estate career and gradually began developing land and building homes(1980’s). In recent years he has built many Craftsman style homes here in Eagle River and Wasilla. Nolan Homes is currently building in Powder View at Powder Reserve.
